LymeId is designed for use by adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
LymeId uses a proprietary AI model to analyze bite images. The model provides a percentage likelihood of Lyme disease, which is presented to the user after evaluation.
Your data is not used to train our models unless you explicitly grant permission to do so.
We retain your medical information and evaluation data for seven (7) years from the date of creation to comply with applicable medical records laws. After this retention period, your data will be securely deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
